What is Yoga?
Yoga is when all the activities of the mind are enveloping a thought or an object.

Create a new foundation for better fitness while being energised from within after birth. Gentle and nurturing yoga sequences designed for women who want to regain their overall fitness. Suitable for women from 8 weeks after a natural birth or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.

Baby Yoga is for babies from eight weeks to crawling. All yoga sequences are age-appropriate, include stretching with movement through songs, nursery rhymes and active play.
