The Roald Dahl Museum

Museum featuring the story of the man behind the story.

Nearly 100 years after his birth, Roald Dahl's stories continue to inspire children and adults around the world. From his creative use of language to his memorable characters, Roald's books have been adapted into musicals, films, plays, TV shows, operas, artworks, and much more. The Museum, aimed at 6 to 12 year olds, features three interactive galleries. Boy gallery looks at Roald Dahl's school days while Solo gallery houses his original Writing Hut. The Story Centre puts your imagination centre-stage with fantabulous activities to inspire the writer in you. The museum is located in the Buckinghamshire village that Roald Dahl called home for 36 years. It is just 45 minutes by train from Marylebone in Central London.
