Croatia is a world famous sailing destination: warm weather, steady moderate breezes, and many charming harbours add up to one of the best cruising grounds in Europe. We are offering those in Year 9 and above a unique opportunity to discover this coast for themselves, sailing 50ft yachts. Our little fleet will explore the Islands of the Dalmatian coast, before heading to the open sea and finally the historic town of Trogir. Getting used to life on the water, shopping in local markets for provisions (or fishing for them!), and planning our course around the coast will provide unforgettable challenges and experiences for all our crews.

ESOC – Family Sailing Camp 2020 This year the Exploration Society are delighted to welcome families to a Watersports camp set in the Norfolk Broads National Park. From our lakeside campsite, there will be the opportunity to learn how to sail and canoe, visit local nature reserves and enjoy many of the favourite ESOC activities onsite. Dates: Saturday 23rd May – Monday 25th May – Arrive from 11am Saturday. Depart by 2pm Monday. Location: Salhouse Broad, Norfolk Accommodation: Glamping tents provided Food: All meals organized by us and all ages and diets catered for. Activities: Sailing, canoeing, bushcraft and target sports over the weekend led by experienced and well qualified Exploration Society instructors.
