Deen City Farm & Riding School

Deen City Farm is an urban farm with an educational focus. We teach the local community about the rural environment and where their food comes from. We also have a Riding School offering affordable lessons to the local community.

From goats to guinea pigs and alpaca to aviaries! We've got plenty! Or come and explore our community garden, see flowers and vegetables growing. We also offer fantastic opportunities during the school holidays for those aged 8+. All this coupled with our riding school that caters for riders of all levels.

Finally, you can choose Deen City Farm for a fabulous birthday party venue and combine the fun with an animal encounter experience  and maybe a pony ride.

Essential Information
Each tour includes:

A tour around the farm with one of our staff leading the way
The chance to get up close and meet the animals
A talk about each animal with the chance to ask any questions
Some animal feed for the goats, cows, sheep and alpaca
The use of our classroom – where you can store bags, coats and other stuff, and where you can eat snacks and lunch
Time to revisit the animals at your own leisure.
Pony rides can be added to your tour as an optional extra, and are provided by our experienced Riding School staff. Please see below for costs.
