Entrepreneurship Class

It is never too early to become engaged.

Mykidsy motivates and encourages young people to think independently and pursue their own ideas. 

Mykidsy fosters self-reliant work, thinking outside the box and the way to realize an idea. The 10 different sessions are based on interactive learning with the realization of an own project. In separate classes from 12 to 13 years, students learn how to finance their ideas, define their values and realize their dreams.

• In the first lessons, students are introduced to the elements of a successful business and the myths and facts about the life of an entrepreneur. We will focus on the necessary key values to succeed with the business idea.

• After finding the project, we will examine the next steps to realize the idea. What is my market and how can I sell my product in the best way to my customer? Herewith it is important to evaluate the competition and define the uniqueness of the product.

• The greatest entrepreneurs are not working for money. They have a vision which drives them all their life. Becoming aware of one’s core values is therefore decisive for the success of the idea. Our work ethics help us to consider the consequences of our business decisions.

• We have to know who is our costumer what the market needs. The differentiation of different customers helps us to adjust our product.

• Entrepreneurs always work in a team. Even though the start-up is driven by one single person, relationships to financers, retailers and costumers are crucial. 

• Even the best business idea needs a strategy to attract potential customers. Especially digital marketing is the key for young entrepreneurs to a successful business model.

• This session reveals the various ways of financing the idea. From crowdfunding to angel investors. There are many ways to finance a business.

Students are introduced into presenting the final results in a pitch for potential investors.

• Gaining financial literacy
