Our AGE-SPECIFIC CLASSES can help develop your child’s Fitness • Confidence • Self-control • Balance • Co-ordination.

We have separate classes for: • 4 to 7-year olds, and • 7 to 10-year olds Our classes are SMALL and we emphasise ENGAGING THE KIDS DURING THE CLASS and KEEPING THEM MOVING. Our Chief Instructor is Fran: 2nd Dan Black Belt in Hapkido 1st Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo The FIRST CLASS IS FREE: Please note that, as every child is different, we insist that parents/carers watch their child participate in the trial class. This ensures an informed discussion with the child (to decide the class' suitability for the child) before committing.
