London Capoeira Centre

Children are taught capoeira through music, dance and acrobatics. Stories are told through song and the children learn about a whole new culture without even realising it!

The benefits of capoeira for children; As well as taking part in physical activity, capoeira allows children to develop self-awareness and boosts confidence. They exercise - improve coordination, flexibility, and most importantly team work. Capoeira is a non-contact discipline and it teaches children about respecting each other.

Unlike other martial arts, the focus is not about knocking your partner over, but rather, working together to create something new.
