Lolly is a pioneer in the use of yoga in pregnancy as a preparation for labour and birth. She has developed unique communication skills passing on the power of yoga to pregnant women to help them through pregnancy and to cope with labour and birth.

All Academy Classes are drop-off classes, and are good preparation for school or afterschool clubs. They help with separation anxieties, and build independence, and develop positive attachments. They also allow you to kick back and relax in the café, and catch up on emails! Academy classes are for children 3 - 7 years old, and are mainly after school. Cupcake Academy classes are included in your Cupcake family membership but if you prefer a more flexible approach you can purchase block of sessions at members' rate

MAT, BAR, BEAM. Each one is a springboard. The Little Gym offers you an annual programme where learning and fun lead to a natural progression of emotional, intellectual and social skills.

Children intuitively enjoy expressing music through dance – that’s the fun bit! However, we aim to educate as well as entertain and to that end we set clear goals.
