Dance is a gift: it builds confidence through a pure art form, and thus opens the heart. It’s in that spirit that our dancers are given the opportunity to be in the spotlight and allow the choreography to take shape.

Inspired by our ever-changing artistic programme, Family Fridays is a new monthly workshop that encourages young children aged 2-4 and their carers to dance together and have fun here at Sadler’s Wells. Led by professional dancers, come along to this unique opportunity designed to start you and the little ones on a dance journey. These sessions will cover a range of dance styles and will encourage co-ordination, creative thinking and social interaction. Suitable for all abilities.

Anyone can come and learn to fly in one of our two hour classes, our youngest students are 8, our oldest (so far) 78!

Join LYC, the Lyric's resident youth theatre and get the chance to participate in regular activities and develop new performance skills.
